Position
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to RBTs and other team members.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development and generalization across settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Uphold BACB ethical standards and ensure compliance with organizational, insurance, and legal requirements.
- Stay current with professional development and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Formally credentialed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
- Pass background checks and drug screenings
- Availability during the day and/or early evening, weekend availability is a plus
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
