Job Description Summary

Marcum Hotel & Conference Center is looking to add to our team for the school year 2025-26! This position is working the front desk and the starting rate is $11.30/hr!

Hours vary between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Greatest demand for staff between 3pm and 11 p.m. Some Third shift hours available. Position includes shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as business demands.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Making reservations
  • Handling in-house guest needs
  • Sharing knowledge of campus w/ guests
  • Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude.
