Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Robert Basil GMC Buick Cadillac 3475 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY 14127
Schedule: Full-Time, 5-day work week including rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $18/hr
Assist the sales representative in duties including but not limited to:
- Helping the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to their needs
- Discuss vehicle selection attributes model options features etc.
- Vehicle test drives
- Complete sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- Assist with delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation warranty and servicing requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of all promotions financing options value-add products/services servicing plans and industry trends
- Always maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of current market technology trends and integration with store brand and make
