The Role

We’re looking for an experienced operator and strategic thinker to lead our expansion into the UK market. As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for launching and scaling the region—leading go-to-market efforts, overseeing operations, building partnerships, and acting as the face of Passes in the UK.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in the US while building out a high-performing team locally. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think entrepreneurially, and execute across growth, marketing, partnerships, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead UK market strategy, growth, and performance
  • Own local P&L and OKRs, reporting to US leadership
  • Build and manage creator and agency partnerships across the UK
  • Lead creator acquisition, partnerships, and support
  • Create efficient internal workflows between UK and US-based cross-functional teams
  • Identify and manage compliance, legal, and operational needs for UK scale
  • Represent Passes in the UK — speaking at events, joining panels, building our brand
  • Identify region-specific trends, opportunities, and tooling needs


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, partnerships, or general management
  • Prior experience scaling a region or launching a market (ideally at a startup or marketplace)
  • Strong understanding of the UK creator, tech, and digital media landscape
  • Ownership of the UK plan, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention of creators
  • Build feedback loops to ensure product-market fit and prioritize regional tooling needs
  • Exceptional communicator with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and eager to build from the ground up
  • Drive digital and performance marketing efforts in partnership with the global marketing team
  • Lead localized SEO/SEM strategy and oversee the UK acquisition landing funnel
