About the position

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end support and enhancements for the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module. You'll manage incidents, implement new features, and contribute to global HRIT transformation projects. Direct interaction with business users across countries offers deep process insight and autonomy. Ideal for self-driven professionals ready to own EC solutions and grow into leadership or architecture roles.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Own the EC Module: Manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests independently across Employee Central, including workflows, position management, and business rules.
- Drive Global Projects: Contribute to HRIT transformation initiatives like Payroll integrations, SAP Joule, Workzone, and Story Reporting with a strong EC focus.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with HRBPs, IT managers, and vendors to deliver scalable EC solutions tailored to multi-country HR needs.
- Grow Your Career: Build deep HR process knowledge and progress toward solution architect or project leadership roles within our expanding HRIT landscape.
- What You Bring: Hands-on EC experience, strong configuration skills, and a self-driven mindset to solve complex challenges with minimal oversight.
