About the Role:
A HR Operations professional to manage core HR processes and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role will be hands-on in managing the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance, driving engagement initiatives, and generating insightful reports and dashboards.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Exit Management
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction.
Manage exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlements.

Employee Data & Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and HR databases.
Manage updates across the employee life cycle (probation, confirmation, transfers, exits).

Compliance & Documentation
 Ensure statutory and policy compliance in employee records and HR operations.
 Maintain organized HR documentation for audits and reporting.

HR Systems & Reporting
Manage HRMS platforms and ensure timely updates.
Generate reports and build dashboards for HR analytics
Support automation initiatives to improve HR efficiency.

Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
Partner with managers and HR team to improve employee experience and morale.
Track participation and feedback, generating insights for continuous improvement.

Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for HR operations queries.
Deliver a people-first approach while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:
* Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations and engagement.
* Willing to work from office all 5 days.
* Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (attendance, payroll, & employee data management).
* Strong skills in MS Excel/HR dashboards, exposure to analytics tools is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple processes.
* Knowledge of compliance and statutory requirements in HR operations.
* Creative mindset with interest in employee engagement activities.
