About Role:
  • We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Legal with 4–6 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating global customer and vendor contracts, particularly within the IT/software industry. The role involves providing legal advice, handling data privacy matters (GDPR, DPDPA), participating in negotiations, and maintaining contract templates and playbooks. Strong expertise in SaaS contracts, data privacy, and commercial agreements is essential.


  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Contract reviews and negotiations across US, UK, and EU jurisdictions, mainly customer and vendor contracts such as MSAs, DPAs, order forms, SOWs, marketing and event agreements, partner agreements, and related commercial contracts (SaaS and Non-SaaS). 
  • Providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms.
  • Attending customer and vendor negotiation calls with the team / independently.  
  • Handling data privacy matters including legal research, drafting privacy-related clauses in various contracts, and staying current with global regulatory developments.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of GDPR, DPDPA (India) and other privacy laws. 
  • Reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction. 
  • Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks (customer and vendor) to streamline the contracting process.


  • Job Requirements:
  • Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT / software industry. 
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT / software industry-specific contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage.  
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of legal aspects related to employment contracts and related matters in India is an added advantage.
