The role you’ll contribute:
The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates
Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions
Performs other duties as assigned
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's in business management or a related field
2+ years' experience
3+ years of technical experience
2+ years of leadership/management experience
