We are looking for our new Assistant Store Manager as part of our Salomon San Sebastian de los Reyes outlet store based near Madrid.
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible in supporting the Store Manager to build and lead a high performing store team. They will need to be hands on, ensuring that the daily tasks are done and overseeing all the expertise available in store.

Checks the brand standards are properly followed
Delivers operational excellence
The Assistant Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and assists with delivering the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. They will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.
Qualifications:Your profile
Hard Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail.
- Availability to work under pressure.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to take over during Store Manager’s absence.
- Solid customer service experience with a strong drive to deliver best-in-class retail experiences.
- Ability to analyze business trends and use reporting to drive sales.
- Passion for the sports industry; experience in the footwear industry is a plus.
- Proficient in English
- Computer proficiency, including Excel and analytical skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- People management: building and maintaining a strong, positive team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills: task delegation, coaching, and development.
