Following PAI's acquisition of Tropicana, Naked, Copella, KeVita, and other select juice brands, the joint venture was formed. PAI now owns a controlling stake in the company, thanks to the acquisition, which was completed at the end of January. 

Our great commercial team is now looking for a Commercial Execution Manager to make a real difference in how we activate & execute our plans in market with excellence. And help ourselves to be easier to do business with (externally and internally) as you lead and manage our execution obsession by coordinating and driving our cross-functional execution rhythms and processes. 

This role is designed to ensure that our monthly pulse on all thing's execution comes together, holds different functions accountable, transfers information through the business and drives action into executing our external plan to a best-in-class standard.

The person will also be responsible for co-ordinating the execution of our picture of success (PICOS) across all channels and customers.

 

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity:

Leading our Execution Agenda + bi-weekly meetings

  • Owner of the agenda, facilitator of content and chair of bi-weekly execution meeting. These meetings include cross-functional commercial members of the team and are designed to arm our sales force with key updates for our customers, give guidance on and track internal planning, share external performance updates and ‘so what’s’, track the execution of our picture of success including distribution achievement. NPD status and support required, shopper activation deployment and
    Range Review outputs.
  • Cross-functional coordination to ensure content supports the execution meetings and other key cycle moments (cross-functional inputs and objectives setting for each meeting)
  • Drive and track key cross-functional actions meeting to meeting
  • Co-ordinate external content to go out to trade
  • Communicate and facilitate cross-functional plan changes & planning guidelines
  • Promo/feature compliance and tracking
  • Managing the ‘calls to action’ from the execution meeting into monthly business reviews for decision
  • Be the go to person for cross-functional commercial execution topics

 

Execution Management

  • Tracking Sales progress on NPD
  • Co-ordinate commercial selling propositions by ensuring all functions are briefed on what is needed for external content
  • Track external content reaches all customers and gather feedback back into the business
  • Create a systemic, simple ‘execution review’ document for NPD project leads to update the business on key activations as they land in market
  • Track Execution status vs Picture of success ambition and agree actions to fix/drive
  • Help the business understand any commercial risk or opportunities we should take through the business cycle for review
  • Transition to system – support gap close.

 

Execution Communication Awareness

  • Create and maintain vehicle(s) to ensure cross functional comms awareness and action planning of our execution programmes

 

‘Gate 4 to Store’ Key Responsibilities: ensuring our projects land in market

  • G4 picture of success briefing to commercial teams and tracking against
  • G4 volumes into system guidance/ cascade planning assumptions by customer
  • Co-ordinate planning information applicable for all channels (Grocery, Wholesale/OOH, Ecomm)
  • Barcodes set up and cascade
  • Line & Pricing set up and cascade
  • Share and track all planning guidelines into Execution meeting
  • Agree R&O vs In system
  • Delist management from G4 to store (collation of changeover dates by customer and space-held tracking)

 

The Perfect Blend: Experience & requirements: 

  • Operational project management - planning, structure, measurement – attention to detail
  • Leadership of cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience within commercial functions is preferable: sales and/or category
  • Collaborative and approachable style
  • Self-starter who seeks to make a difference via continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing change

 

This role is based in Farringdon (United Kingdom) and it will be required to come to the office 2 days per week.
