- Be the friendly voice guiding clients through their questions with clarity and care
- Support them via calls, answering doubts about their saving goals and making sure they feel understood
- Introduce new solutions with a natural upsell that really benefits the client
- Deliver accurate, complete and trustworthy information using the right tools
Requirements
- French native or C2 level
- Someone who enjoys helping others and finds satisfaction in making things clear
