Junior Producer

Location: London

Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract - 3 months

Flexible working: 3 days @ office, 2 days WFH

The Role

Working within a creative content origination team, covering live action, Post - TVC’s, DOOH, Social Content, Sizzle Reels, Mood Films and Pitch Films. You’ll be working with Senior Producers where needed and managing your own projects independently on the timely execution of stills and motion assets, delivering within budget. You will need to anticipate client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have a solid understanding of Production and Post capabilities and the ability to plan effectively. Controlling and managing multiple projects and stakeholders and effectively leveraging the connections between suppliers and the other project contributors across a variety of campaigns.

You’ll also work closely alongside the main agency and agency producers and depending on the type of project, you will be working directly with the account team and clients until delivery and external Post & Sound Houses.

Responsibilities 

  • Managing briefs, budget, and timelines to ensure exceptional creative output, client satisfaction, and internal commercial objectives.
  • Regularly updating project folders, trackers and team documents within a timely manner.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, integrated team members and key resources through the end-to-end delivery of campaign assets.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with the agency and/or directly with the client throughout production.
  • Scoping and planning, resource organisation, 3rd party supplier engagement and negotiation, budget management and reporting, risk mitigation and status and communication execution, and assist Senior Producers on large scale project as and when needed.
  • Effective coordination and tracking of high-quality creative and assets.
  • Comfortable constructing a deliverables matrix.
  • Providing creative solutions and ensuring the most effective strategies for the most cost efficient and effective ways to achieve a creative brief with high creative output.
  • Integrating briefs to understand and ensure the correct resource/casting has been assigned.
  • Having a strong technical knowledge of edit and motion to ensure each brief is efficiently executed.
  • Working closely and directly with Designers, Motion & Edit to bring the creative to life.
  • Overseeing the QC process from start to final delivery, ensuring safety zones, technical specs, frame rates, audio have all been met for each delivery platform.
  • Lead team members to deliver on schedule and within budget constraints in a positive, constructive manner.
  • Curiosity, an eye for the detail, and a passion for quality creative work.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven track record at managing and delivering online, social, DOOH and TVC content.
  • Knowledge of production channels, delivery platforms, media plans and asset formats.
  • Strong understanding of APA rates and guidelines.
  • Financial acumen and good understanding of project profitability.
  • Experience working with measurement and reporting tools, also agency stakeholders involved in this process e.g., planning, tech, creative, design etc.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to inspire and enthuse Agency colleagues from different disciplines to come together as a team to create fantastic work. 
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects including status reporting and planning.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of Production/Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of pre and post production workflows for projects including, but not limited to: Director & Photographer Searches, Casting, On Set Logistics support, AdGreen knowledge, Budget creation and management, Sound-mix, Voice over commissioning, Illustration commissioning, Stock Usage commissioning, Music Searching and Licensing, Colour Grading, Motion Design, Retouching, Editing, File management best practices, Online/Offline film workflows, DOOH/OOH best practises and QC.
