The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery?

 

As the Clinical Governance Business Partner (CGBP), you will play a key role in supporting the Amplar Health Home Hospital (AHHH) portfolio, which delivers a broad range of innovative health programs and virtual care services to consumers across Australia. These services provide safe, high-quality care beyond traditional hospital settings.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the AHHH office in Eastwood, with flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders and the Clinical Governance Team to embed the Clinical Governance Framework into evolving service models. Your work will be central to managing clinical risk effectively and driving continuous quality improvement across the portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the safe and innovative expansion of clinical programs, ensuring governance frameworks are effectively implemented.
  • Act as a clinical stakeholder in projects and initiatives, safeguarding clinical impact and identifying potential risks.
  • Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on clinical quality and safety metrics ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.
  • Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.

 

About You

You’re a qualified Health Professional with a good knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.

You’re confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

You have exposure to managing clinical complaints and incidents and navigating accreditation processes. Working within a hospital setting is highly regarded and will help your success in navigating the complexities of this role. You are a proactive individual that is confident to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
