What You’ll Do
- Work with the Chief of Staff and other Business Impact Managers (BIMs) to identify areas for improvement within Modulr, where the business is not performing or delivering on the strategy, where a project or change may be required in order to enact the strategy. Assess these issues against the Special Projects Framework (A prioritisation model used to evaluate strategic alignment, resource impact, and urgency for delivery).
- Take on the highest priority issues, initiating and leading projects or programmes to address the challenges. Run these programmes to deliver meaningful change into the business. The BIMs are more than just Project or Programme Managers; BIMs go beyond traditional programme management by owning outcomes end-to-end, proactively mitigating risks, and driving creative solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- In some instances the changes required will involve a BIM embedding within other teams for a period of time, typically to lead that team through a period of change. In some instances that will involve taking on the line management of that team.
- The BIMs are a high impact, high visibility team within Modulr, working cross functionally to deliver on key strategic initiatives. It is critical that individuals within this team exemplify high performance attributes, holding themselves to a high quality bar in terms of deliverables and outputs, and demonstrating behaviours aligned with the Modulr values.
- Follow programme management best practices to ensure projects and programmes are delivered in a consistent and structured manner. Support continuous improvement of these processes, tools, templates and best practices. This includes adopting AI tooling to drive automation and efficiency into working practices wherever possible.
