Your role
The Financial Analyst III provides advanced financial analysis, reporting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making. This role partners with leaders across departments to deliver insights into financial performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements. This role also provides financial analysis, reporting, and modeling to support the Foundations program-related investments (PRIs).
What you’ll do
- Develop, analyze, and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and actionable insights
- Evaluate financial performance to identify risks/opportunities
- Develop financial models for potential PRI opportunities, including cash flow projections, risk/return assessments, and impact considerations
- Monitor PRI portfolio performance, track repayment schedules, and prepare variance analysis
- Lead improvements in PRI reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for executive leadership and board committees
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Experience you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis or corporate finance experience
- Prior non-profit or program-related investment experience, a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
