What You'll Get to Do
The Operations Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the production schedule to ensure optimal workflow and departmental efficiency and reports to the Assistant General Manager.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Operations Scheduling & Planning
- Develop, adjust, and maintain detailed daily/weekly production schedules that align with demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory levels.
- Aid the Assistant General Manager in monitoring departmental OTIF performance and implement corrective scheduling adjustments to address recurring misses.
- Balance long-term planning with short-term responsiveness to ensure smooth operations and minimal bottlenecks.
- Coordinate across departments (production, quality, logistics, procurement) to align resources and labor with schedule requirements.
- Identify and flag high-priority orders tied to customer complaints, service recovery, or leadership escalations.
- Proactively expedite these orders through the production process, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
What We Are looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or operations coordination in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to shifting business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement tools preferred.
