The Warehouse Foreman (Tool Room Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tool room(s), including managing inventory levels, maintenance, distribution and storage of tools and related equipment. This role ensures that tools are in optimal working condition, supports production efficiency, and manages a team of tool room technicians or attendants while maintaining a safe working environment. Primary focus is to effectively coordinate all activities to optimize safety, quality, efficiency and productivity within the tool room(s).
NOTE: This is a project-based role. Assigned U.S. site location to be determined based on project award(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful mobilization, implementation execution and demobilization and closing of Site Service Tool Room project.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs/assignments/activities of tool room staff.
- Maintain accurate records of tool inventory, check-in/check-out logs, repairs, and calibrations.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and readily available for production teams.
- Work closely with job sites and associated contractors to support their tooling requirements.
- Regularly interface with internal and external customers associated with project support/service/completion.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures within the tool room.
- Schedule and oversee regular inspection, maintenance, and calibration of tools and equipment.
- Procure new tools and parts as necessary, working within budget and vendor guidelines.
- Maintain tool room organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Recommend improvements to the tooling processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Use computer systems (ERP/MRP or CMMS software) to manage tool inventory and maintenance schedules
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or global equivalent
- Ten (10) years of experience in the construction equipment industry, preferable in a tool room environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of tooling, and equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software, etc.).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Physically able to lift 70 pounds and carry 50 pounds (or global weight equivalents).
- The ability to communicate effectively with audiences include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors.
- Ability to effectively supervise and improve work processes.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, able to work with little direction, while exercising independent judgment and decisions.
- Capable of multi-tasking and flexibility to change direction or focus as priorities dictate.

Certifications, Licenses, Registration:
- Previous license operating a forklift AND stock picker preferred.
- OSHA 10 or 30 General Duties preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory responsibilities over one or more employees. This includes the following:

Physical Demands/Requirements:
Individuals will be required to frequently sit/drive stand, walk, lift/carry, reach, stoop, push/pull, handle/grasp/feel, talk, hear, climb step ladder, engage in repetitive motions and demonstrate eye/hand/foot coordination. Close vision is required for this job. Employees are required to regularly lift, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds. Position frequently demands light to heavy physical work and may involve standing for long periods.
Work Environment:
- Work in a fast-paced project site environment.
- Role involves working alone and collaborating as part of a team. Often required to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines, thus some stress may occur.
- Environmental conditions include frequent exposure to heat, temperature changes, noise and humidity.
- Occasionally the performance of this position will require exposure to production areas, which may result in being near moving mechanical parts or being exposed to fumes or airborne particles. These respective areas will require the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hearing protection or hard hats. The noise level in the production areas is usually loud.
Travel Requirements: Availability as requested/required for after-hour emergency calls, and necessary overtime as the workload dictates. Demonstrate flexibility with work shifts as they may change due to workload or site demands.
