Do you have quick comprehension skills and work in an organized and precise manner even in stressful situations? Do you have a passion for the luxury hotel industry?

We are looking for you to join our dynamic Human Resources team starting in December or depending on availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our application management process with international applicants
  • General administrative tasks related to human resources
  • Supporting our onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organizing and implementing welfare initiatives, such as employee events and activities
  • Managing our staff accommodation
  • Supporting HR project work
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

For this challenging role as a Human Resources Trainee, you will have:
  • Initial experience in the hotel industry and/or in working with and for people (service provider)
  • Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite
  • Empathetic and professional interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Organized and motivated approach to work
  • Enjoyment of an intercultural working environment
