About the Role
Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director for Deaf Community Services (DCS). This role provides leadership and supervision of staff and programs serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and accessibility of services, and foster strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support DCS staff in providing services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
· Manage daily operations of the division, including staffing, budgeting, and reporting.
· Develop, implement, and evaluate DCS programs and activities.
· Maintain strong relationships with consumers, staff, and partner agencies.
· Ensure compliance with state contracts and reporting requirements.
· Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
· Collaborate on grants, marketing plans, and program evaluations.
· Provide interpreting support as needed.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, social services, rehabilitation, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years working directly with Deaf individuals, the Deaf community, and the interpreting community, plus leadership and business-related experience.
· Strong understanding of Deaf culture and accessibility.
· Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and agencies.
Schedule & Work Environment
· Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday – Friday.
· Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
