Park DuValle Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the underserved communities in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages

- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay

- Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution

- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Kentucky

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
