WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Validation Underwriter eagerly reviews in-house mortgage applications to ensure accuracy and maintain accordance with credit union policy, procedure and regulatory underwriting guidelines.
Location & Schedule Availability
- 5167 Adams Avenue, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $21.50 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, review in-house mortgage applications to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Effectively communicate with various departments to gather and/or update loan documentation.
- Prepare, create loan documents for mortgage closings.
- Accurately book loans into Symitar.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required
- Prior knowledge of mortgage lending preferred
