TL;DR
As our Brand & Content Marketer, you’ll make Altura the brand people remember, trust, and talk about. You’ll own initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and credibility in the market — fueling demand and enabling pipeline growth. From content and campaigns to organic visibility and dark social influence, you’ll shape how the world experiences Altura. This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role where creativity meets measurable outcomes.
The Role And Your Challenge
Altura is scaling fast, and the brand is a critical enabler of growth. With new campaigns, product launches, and markets, we need to consistently deliver content and storytelling that resonates, engages, and positions us as the central place where our community finds knowledge and insight.
As Brand Marketer, you’ll lead initiatives that expand our presence across content, social, organic, and dark social channels. You’ll craft brand narratives that inspire advocacy, create shareable moments, and ensure Altura is always seen as a thought leader in our space.
This role comes with high creative ownership, strong execution focus, and the opportunity to directly influence how our market perceives us.
You Will
Content & Storytelling – Create engaging, shareable content across formats (blogs, web, thought leadership, video, ads) and ensure brand positioning aligns with our strategic direction.
Organic & Social Growth – Grow and optimize our organic channels (SEO, website, LinkedIn) and lead creative paid campaigns to maximize CTR, reach, and engagement.
Dark Social & Community Influence – Build a brand people remember and talk about. Make Altura the go-to knowledge hub for our community, sparking conversations and advocacy across dark social, communities, and networks.
Generate Demand – Drive brand-led initiatives that directly support pipeline growth and demand generation objectives, ensuring each campaign is strategically crafted to engage target audiences and convert interest.
Data-Driven Brand Performance – Own brand engagement KPIs (CTR, time on page, organic growth, social engagement) and continuously optimize programs to fuel pipeline.
You Have
Strong experience in brand marketing, content strategy, and social media.
A track record of creating content and campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
Experience working across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM organic growth levers, and digital marketing best practices.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a flair for brand positioning.
An eye and skills in design, you know what resonates with an audience.
Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, community marketing, or marketing for complex enterprise solutions.
Extra Bonus: Dutch speaker.

Altura is a fast-growing B2B AI SaaS company with great ambitions.
We developed an end-to-end platform that enables bid teams to manage and win complex bids, both in the public and private sectors. We use artificial intelligence to connect bid teams to company resources, automate the bidding process and assist proactively with tasks and insights.
In 2022, we launched Altura. Since then, things have taken off. Our team has grown from 8 to 50 people, and the momentum is still going strong.
