Madison College is pleased to announce the position of a HRIS Analyst. This position provides operational and functional support for enterprise resource systems by analyzing business processes, implementing system improvements and ensuring efficient operations. Success in this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify system enhancements, managing project timelines, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system functionality to support initiatives. This position contributes to institutional objectives by streamlining business processes, enhancing system capabilities and improving the efficiency and accuracy of enterprise resource system operations.
In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of business process reviews and documentation, new release implementations, and design and implementation of reporting and analytic solutions. This position will work closely and collaboratively with functions outside of HR, including Finance/Payroll and Technology Services, to ensure appropriate functionality, testing, and support measures are implemented to deliver efficient and effective business solutions that meet the functional needs of our customers. Madison College currently uses Workday as their HRIS System and OnBase to store employee information.

This is a full-time, exempt salary, 52 weeks per year position. General office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. An option for partial remote work will be considered per college policy subject to change.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensures systems effectively support business operations by serving as a subject matter expert for enterprise resource programs, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in identifying, designing, configuration, and implementation of functional solutions.
Enhances operational efficiency by analyzing data and business needs, evaluating system functionality and recommending improvements that align with organizational goals.
Strengthens system effectiveness by gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying process gaps and facilitating discussions to develop impactful solutions.
Improves user adoption and system success by overseeing project implementation, managing timelines and ensuring effective communication, documentation and training.
Maintains data integrity and system performance by designing and executing comprehensive testing plans that validate system upgrades and enhancements and meet business needs.
Supports HR operations by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving system-related inquiries and managing service requests to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
Contributes to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment where everyone at the institution feels valued, respected and empowered to reach their full potential.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of human resources systems and processes to support operational functionality.
Knowledge of business process analysis and system implementation.
Skill in project coordination and change management. Skill in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
Ability to manage multiple projects and processes, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. An Associate’s Degree may be considered with equivalent additional work experience.
Experience:
2-4+ years of relevant, professional, and progressive work experience.
