We are growing and looking for a Senior
Data Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly curious, analytical and passionate about using data analytics to make a business impact. He/She will partner closely with his/her peers in analytics, product, marketing and engineering teams across the company to help drive a deeper understanding of our business and identify opportunities for growth. He/She will assist stakeholders with analytics, reporting, and tell stories through dashboards and ad hoc solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver analyses and dashboards
- Build and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards and visualizations to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical problems and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams to uncover data-driven opportunities that drive business growth
- Conduct rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of analytical outputs
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and data automation
- Document methodologies, definitions, and processes to promote consistency and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Support data governance and metadata management initiatives to enhance data consistency and accessibility
Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries for large, complex datasets
- 4-6 years experience with business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Looker)
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Advanced Tableau development experience
- Fintech and/or marketing analytics background
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other data science/machine learning tools
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exposure to modern data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)

Base Salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $125,000 to $150,000 depending upon experience.
