Position Summary

We are seeking a temporary, entry-level IT Specialist to support a short-term initiative focused on installing x-ray sensors across a number of our offices. This is a project-based role expected to last only for the duration of the initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of computers, software, and x-ray sensors, and will be comfortable coordinating with vendors to ensure the successful completion of the installation process. This role is best suited for someone organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, with a willingness to travel regularly.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Coordinate with vendors to facilitate installation of x-ray sensors on office computers.
 
  • Ensure proper setup and functionality of sensors within designated offices.
 
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support during installation.
 
  • Maintain clear communication with project leadership on progress and issues.
 
  • Preform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of computers and software; familiarity with x-ray sensors preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to travel between multiple office locations (no designated home office).
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
