Description
Responsible for assisting in the construction of walls according to VFP guidelines in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to perform job tasks with little to no supervision.
- Assist in construction of walls/partition walls sections according to blueprints
- Read tape measure
- Use of hand tools/power tools (nail guns, routers, and drills), saws, and ladders
- Lift/carry plywood sheets as needed
- Building frames and close mods for shipment
- Hang HVACS on shelters (when needed)
- Installing roof membrane, and metal roofs
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
- Prepare daily production sheets using accurate job numbers and production codes
- Perform other jobs as assigned
Qualifications

| Education | High school diploma or equivalent (GED) desired

| Experience | Two (2) years of carpentry experience |

| Knowledge/Skills | Ability to read and interpret simple correspondence and practical problems Basic knowledge of mathematical formulas |
