This Technology Delivery Executive is responsible for building and leading technology teams and maximize the value delivered through multiple programs. The Executive will focus on delivery tech portfolio prioritized by the business, drive technology innovation while collaborating with the global teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives. Collaboration in the developing of pilots and layout execution and adoption roadmap is also required.

The Executive is accountable for the architecture and strategy that establishes an effective maintenance of critical data by leading teams to design and implement data driven strategies that enable business growth for Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB). The executive will drive adherence to data standards, adoption of data management capabilities, optimization of data processing, and delivery of insights to the business and will leverage the use of analytics, data mining, big data, data visualization and other data technologies to deliver value added insights to GCIB.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) business strategy, business model, operating model and  key processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand where efficient processes are needed.
  • Identify opportunities immediate efficiencies can be delivered to drive business growth.
  • Apply understanding of the current business, industry context, data vendors, technologies, and regulatory context, to develop capabilities and define delivery roadmap.
  • Develop and implement data capabilities based on current and future data needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy (MNPI) and regulatory requirements. 
  • Partner with other senior leaders to prioritize remediation work to enable data compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve known integration gaps.
  • Work with senior management of other groups as needed to drive data management and data processing improvements across the Enterprise.
  • Lead large and multifunctional workstreams and projects to design strategy & architecture artifacts to deliver expected business case and value proposition while adhering to enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate across enterprise to design and build sustainable solutions; foster a culture of reuse, and collaboration across lines of business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking and Capital markets
  • Solid understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking Operations .
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering on sizeable scale initiatives , driving innovation within the corporate and investment banking environment .  
  • Strong leadership and experience of line management of large teams (direct and matrixed)
  • Familiarity and experience with Agile
  • Experience in change management and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Senior Executives , Business Stakeholders  and  Third party  vendors to align technology initiatives with business  goals.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$175,000.00 - $325,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
