We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of Lenovo’s Mobile and Desktop Workstation business across Iberia (Spain & Portugal). This full-time position requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge in workstation products who can collaborate effectively across multiple teams including EMEA leadership, marketing, sales operations, and finance. The role involves managing distributor relationships, driving promotional activities, and supporting local BDMs to ensure continuous success in a transaction-oriented environment. Occasional travel within the region may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage the Workstation Business Management system to meet quarterly business plans.Develop a robust sales pipeline influencing both accounted and unaccounted end users.Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities to stimulate transactional workstation sales; manage promo budgets effectively.Maintain weekly communication cadence with business leaders focused on EPS (Enterprise) and SMB segments.Influence Lenovo’s workstation strategy by building business reviews and campaign plans aligned with EMEA headquarters.Manage relationships with all key business players including distributors to maximize opportunity identification.Analyze external markets to identify growth opportunities aligned with financial objectives.Collaborate closely with channel partners on inventory transition plans, marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, product availability forecasts, promotions communication, sales tracking metrics.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development within IT industry products; prior exposure to PC or workstation markets strongly preferred.Strong technical expertise enabling excellent customer advisory capabilities throughout project lifecycle including certification support post-sales service.Fluent English language skills are mandatory; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable given regional focus.Demonstrated ability to build actionable business development plans that deliver measurable results consistently.Excellent verbal communication skills complemented by strong presentation abilities suitable for diverse audiences including senior management teams.Deep understanding of corporate IT market dynamics within Spain & Portugal regions essential for strategic decision-making processes.Results-driven mindset combined with collaborative team player attitude fostering cross-functional partnerships.What Lenovo Can Offer YouLenovo provides comprehensive benefits designed to support your well-being both professionally and personally:Meal VouchersEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramDiscounts on Lenovo & Motorola ProductsAccess to Employee Assistance Programs offering health-related advice as well as legal & financial consultancyInternal E-learning Platform facilitating continuous personal developmentJoin us if you have entrepreneurial spirit coupled with energy and skills needed for collaborative success.
