HVAC Maintenance Specialist bei Bensalem Township School District

Bensalem Township School District is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Specialist. The goal of this position is to support the District’s infrastructure by performing skilled work in the maintenance, repair and inspection of HVAC equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC installation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Working knowledge of Direct Digital Control Systems
• Experience with the following equipment: Delta, Corel, Petra, Carrier, Metasys, Reliable, Airedale, Climate Master, McQuay, Aaon, Xeotec, Annexair, Lenox, Greenheck, Floridian, BAC, Cleaver Brooks, Lochinvar.
• Working knowledge of chillers, water towers and boilers
• Experience with soldering, duct work repair/manufacturing and
• Formal training and trade school
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Hours:

• School Year- 9:00 a.m.- 5:30p.m.
• Summer- 6:00 a.m. -4:40 p.m.
