We are seeking a Digital Education Manager to design, develop, and manage customer training content, guided walkthroughs, and learning journeys for ComplyAdvantage products. This role will be responsible for creating scalable, engaging, data-driven and AI-enhanced educational programs that empower customers to successfully adopt and maximize the value of our solutions.

You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to ensure customers can access the right on-demand resources, self-service tools, and in-product education to enhance their experience and drive adoption.

As a Digital Education Manager, you will be responsible for: 

Content Development & Delivery

  • Design and oversee a world-class Customer Education Program, including interactive training content, video tutorials, webinars, office hours and knowledge base articles tailored to various customer personas and product use cases.
  • Contribute educational material for guided product walkthroughs, in-app tooltips, community content and onboarding flows to help customers navigate our solutions.
  • Develop role-based learning journeys that align with customer goals
  • Create and manage an Academy or learning management systems (LMS), customer training portals, and certifications.
  • Own and evolve the customer education roadmap. Conduct surveys and analyse responses to continually improve training content & delivery.

Digital Learning & Self-Service Strategy

  • Spearhead the development of an AI-powered self-service strategy, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) trained on our trusted educational content to provide customers with instant, scalable support.
  • Build a self-service, on-demand, learning ecosystem that enables customers to find answers quickly and independently.
  • Track engagement metrics, completion rates, and feedback loops to optimize training content and improve effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Success teams to promote education programs and increase customer participation.
  • Work with Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineeringto embed education into the product experience, ensuring a seamless learning journey.
  • Partner with RevOps and Analytics teams to measure the impact of education initiatives on customer adoption, retention, and overall success.

Success Metrics & Outcomes:

  • Increase customer product adoption and proficiency through high-quality digital training programs.
  • Improve self-service resolution rates by reducing support tickets 
  • Boost customer satisfaction and engagement by ensuring content is accessible, relevant, and actionable.
  • Drive faster onboarding and time-to-value by implementing structured learning pathways.
  • Implement an LMS or Academy modular learning experience with certifications.

Who you are: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Education, Customer Support, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content creation software.
  • Experience developing multi-format learning experiences (video, interactive walkthroughs, knowledge base articles, certifications, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track engagement and training effectiveness.
  • A creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - both writing and verbal
