Minimum Qualifications Experience/Education: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university with a major in educational facilities planning, city planning, architecture, or a related field, including at least two years experience in facilities planning, city planning, or a related field. Or High School graduation. Candidate must have five years of responsible experience in the field of school facilities planning and construction, including at least three years at a supervisory level in a comprehensive organization. Training and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish the responsibilities listed. Experience in a public school district is highly desirable.
