JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Director I-Maintenance and Grounds, perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair and construction duties in the maintenance of designated facilities, utilities and equipment; assist skilled maintenance personnel in the performance of a variety of activities related to the building trades. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: All persons hired for a position that requires driving a District vehicle for which the District pays the license fees must have a Valid California Driver’s License and participate in the District Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Valid Forklift certification obtained within the probationary period.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years performing a variety of maintenance work in one or more of the building maintenance trades.

$31.70 $38.52 Hourly
