Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children's self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We’re currently in thousands of schools in the UK, teaching tens of thousands of children every week – and we’re growing fast. 
 
Our beautiful converted manor house in rural Liphook is home to our central office teams. From there, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. We are a community of music lovers using our individual talents to help give children the self-belief to succeed. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning. 
 
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and building strong relationships with schools to promote our music education programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for music education, and the ability to work collaboratively with school administrators and educators.  
  
As a Client Success Representative you will:  
  
  • Engage in good quality conversations with decision makers and confidently articulate the benefits of our music lessons  
  • Responsible for lead generation  
  • Be accountable for your sales campaigns 
  • Working as one of our ‘School Champions’ in the sales team 
  • Work closely with the teams in the office and communicate regularly with the out of office sales team including helping schedule their time  
  
As a Client Success Representative you’ll:  
  
  • Be confident calling potential new clients on the phone and building completely new relationships  
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills  
  • High a level of empathy and strong listening skills 
  • Be a team player that always demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach to work  
  • Be approachable and personable with a deep sense of integrity  
  • Be passionate about music and its benefits 
  • Be highly organised and target driven
