Your role
Responsibilities include:
• driving initiatives owned by the IB Americas Operating officer including those spanning IB functions and UBS divisions
• supporting the oversight of the control environment within the Investment Bank Americas business, and management of regional operational risk
• coordinating and facilitating regulatory engagement programs with front to back partners across the investment bank including our regulatory affairs teams
• facilitating Business Continuity Planning discussions ensuring appropriate governance, supervision and plans in place for the IB Americas business
• actively partnering with the IB-aligned Compliance, CFO, Risk, General Counsel and HR Business Partner in their roles as control function
representatives to understand and address risks in or impacting the Investment Bank Americas business.
• working closely with regional business managers across Global Banking, Global Markets, Research and Operations to provide overall support for run-the-bank activities
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $235000 to $255000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
