Responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations for the facility; ensuring all aspects run in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner with the highest degree of up-time. Leads maintenance staff, any new additions or repairs to the facilities and/or equipment.
· Ensure all equipment is operating and maintained cost efficiently and safely, in accordance with the approved budget(s), customer requirements and government regulations. · Reviews/monitors all maintenance / equipment repairs and upgrades, · Responsible for the lead of all maintenance personnel. · Helps design/guide Maintenance training standards and CMMS standards to ensure proper training and retention of maintenance personnel. This includes timeline for progression through levels of competence. · Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Coordinating the highest effectiveness and efficiency in production equipment up-time. Additionally ensures standardization of processes across the facility. · Leads and executes the Preventative Maintenance plan, schedules and processes. · Other duties as assigned. |
