What you’ll do:
You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible
You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
You will be doing some user account management
You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system
You will align with other Support team members throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
What you’ll need:
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Programming or a related field;
You are eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months;
You are fluent in English;
You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn;
You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

We’re Enterprise IT. We implement and work with applications for TomTom’s shared services departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR and Sales. Some of the applications include SAP, Workday and Salesforce. In our team, you’ll help ensure TomTom’s business and services run smoothly, so our developers can continue to engineer the first real-time map and empower our customers to help people find their way in the world.
