Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product and Pricing Coordinator to oversee the full product lifecycle of Tile & Stone Source’s Accessories and Tools category. This role blends market insight, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive category performance from concept to shelf. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, launching new products, and ensuring sustained success through strong sales, marketing, and operational partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle—from market research and analysis to product development, launch, and performance evaluation
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify category trends and growth opportunities
  • Define and document product requirements, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis aligned with business objectives and long-term strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer communication materials
  • Partner with sales teams to support successful product launches, gather field insights, and drive ongoing sales performance
  • Work with Human Resources to develop training content and tools for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure effective in-store merchandising and product visibility

We are looking for someone to demonstrate the following on their resume:

  • Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in building materials or interior design environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Strong computer skills (Office 365 and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations, and training
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience and passion for home renovations / maintenance, an asset
  • Awareness of market trends in tile, stone, or related accessories
  • Occasional travel between Edmonton and Calgary required
