Description
Drives successful launch of credit union’s digital aspects of campaigns, ensuring timely and holistic campaign launches in accordance with the approved strategic marketing plan. Responsible for executing necessary tasks that are vital to successful and timely campaign launches, campaign tracking, and a wide variety of support tasks. A high level of organizational skills, ability to be nimble with priorities and ability to multi-task are key skills needed to be successful in this position. Creates dynamic plans and performs timely execution of organic and paid social media, target email, text marketing and radio scripts. The Digital Marketing Catalyst ensures execution of digital ads across all social media, streaming channels and other various platforms. Responsible for frequent analyzation of performance of all digital campaigns and website performance and to bring recommendations to VP Member Engagement for edits or additions. Tracks performance related to digital marketing and trends and works closely with the Data Analyst to contribute to overall success and trend tracking.
This position requires passion for high performance, a creative and retail focused mindset, and an extreme willingness to go the extra mile to spread the message about Park City Credit Union and do what is needed to support other members of the
marketing team.
Requirements
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a strong strategic digital marketing and social media plan and execute the plan on a continual basis. Analyzes performance of paid and organic posts/campaigns and makes recommendations to the VP Member Engagement.
Identify and make recommendations for adjustments to SEM, geo target and email marketing based on analysis of performance metrics to use budget most effectively.
Keeps all information accurate and up to date on all search engine sites like Google and Bing. Monitors Google reviews and ratings and makes recommendations to VP Member Engagement for improvements.
Execute campaign material, alerts, messages and new features within the credit union’s online banking and mobile apps. Ensure the most up to date features and optimized layouts are utilized. Track usage and make adjustments accordingly.
Responsible for the execution of the recurring internal review of Park City Credit Union’s website. Make recommendations to VP Member Engagement for website edits to address items found in the recurring review, to enhance performance and consumer engagement. May be responsible for minor updates to the site such as rate changes, disclaimers, or dates.
Research new and innovative digital trends and brings recommendations forward with ideas/solutions for integration.
Meets with employees in various departments on a regular basis to capture ideas, observations, trends tied to what they see/experience relating to digital marketing and social media.
Active member of the marketing team - Professionally represents the credit union at community events and credit union activities. This includes a willingness to participate in Facebook Lives when needed and be an outgoing promoter of the credit union and PCCU’s products and services.
Assists with preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. This includes, but is not limited to, proofing and organizing incoming Marketing materials and reporting recommended changes of these items to VP Member Engagement.
