About the Role
As our Day Porter, you’ll be the unsung hero who keeps our facilities clean, organized, and inviting—creating a safe and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and breakrooms Respond quickly to cleaning and maintenance requests
- Monitor and report on safety or maintenance concerns
- Support event set-up and tear-down
- Restock supplies and perform light maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive throughout the day
- Friendly, respectful communication with staff and visitors
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards
