First National Bank of America is seeking a Branch Regional Sales Leader - VP with a servant’s heart to oversee exceptional client experience, sales performance & management, growth initiatives, operations, risk and overall talent development across the Branch network. This role is responsible for ensuring branches meet business goals in deposits, customer acquisition, cross-sell & retention, while maintaining excellent service and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Drive deposit, and fee income growth across the Branch network
- Monitor branch performance metrics (sales, cross-sell, customer retention)
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes & customer relationship management
- Build a strong sales culture through performance management, recognition, and accountability
- Manage staffing, talent development, and succession planning
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and bank policies
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in retail banking or financial services (multi-branch responsibility preferred)
- Strong sales management and coaching skills
- Ability to balance sales leadership with operational excellence and compliance oversight
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
