About the Role
The Vice President of Marketing is a pivotal role supporting our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, particularly helping manage our lead delivery engine & teams for our law firm partners.
You’ll strategize across performance marketing channels to optimize lead pull-through between our marketing and intake teams. You will be a paint-by-numbers scientist - driving conversations and decisions by consuming and synthesizing large amounts of data and determining opportunities to improve performance and revenue.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll push to maximize leads from the top-of-the-funnel as well as pull-through from the bottom-of-the-funnel, helping to managing budgets, partners, and intake pull-through while reporting to the CMO.

Responsibilities
- Manage & be accountable for optimal lead intake per budgets with focus
- Manage team of Performance Marketing Professionals
- Manage pull-through of top-of-the-funnel with intake
- Oversee marketing channel production including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and other channels
- Manage CPL of leads to the marginal acquisition costs on a state-by-state level
- Research competitor campaigns and test similar executions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing, with a focus on demand generation/performance marketing in high-growth environments
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 3-years in team management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in martech and analytics tools
- Expertise in Search Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and A/B testing
- Strong Excel and data presentation skills - Pivot tables, charts, et al.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the PI Legal industry
- Familiarity with Call Center Sales environments
