Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $16.00 - $19.30 DOE

Are you dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments? KBBH is seeking a proactive Custodian who takes pride in delivering a high level of cleanliness and contributing to a positive workplace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are spotless and secure for staff, clients, and visitors.
What You’ll Achieve
- Maintain Facility Cleanliness: Ensure that all offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas are cleaned daily, contributing to a welcoming environment.
- Timely Maintenance Reporting: Serve as the eyes on the ground, quickly identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the Director of Administration to keep operations running smoothly.
- Secure Our Spaces: After completing cleaning tasks, ensure that all areas are securely locked and maintained to prevent potential issues.
- Efficient Waste Management: Manage trash and recycling daily, ensuring that the building remains free of clutter and waste.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all cleaning activities and materials used, helping us stay compliant and organized.
- Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of custodial experience.
- Preferred Qualities:
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
- Experience in minor building maintenance (a plus, but not required).
