The Office of Economic Development Department is actively seeking an Administrative Analyst.

This position reports to the Business Compliance Administrator and provides administrative support.  

Position Duties

  • Manages correspondence, presentations, financial and other reports or materials on general or technical subjects; edits and proofreads for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Assists with the research, collection, and financial analysis of information pertaining global, national, and regional financial and economic trends.
  • May represent Economic Development Office and EBO at select external meetings.
  • Coordinates Office of Economic Development and EBO Special Events.
  • Works special projects as requested.
  • Assist with processing JSEB certifications under the guidance of the EBO/JSEB Administrator.

  • Five years of education and/or professional experience providing administrative support which includes two years in analysis and research.
