About the Role
Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.
Main Duties:
Mail sorting
Reception duties
File creations and retrievals
Data Entry/Admin
Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries
Ad hoc administration / duties as required
Some moderate to heavy lifting
Mail and courier pickups and deliveries to various points in multiple sites
Preparation of mailbags for internal and interstate offices
Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
Assist with filing and maintenance document files
Key Requirements
Mailroom and Reception experience is an advantage; however, training will be provided at all sites
Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work well within or lead a team
Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
Must be able to work autonomously
