Description
Hermes Worldwide Transportation in Denver is currently looking for a CDL Chauffeur and Trainer who will bring their enthusiasm and high standards to train and mentor our chauffeurs.
In this role, the trainer will:
- Create and execute training for all chauffeur new hires, current team members, and those looking to upgrade their license.
- Use technology to create training videos, learning tools, visuals, forms.
- Monitor and coach chauffeurs' driving behaviors and documenting discussions.
- Maintain detailed records of all training activities as outlined by company procedures and local/state/federal regulations.
- Keep current with all requirements and regulations and makes recommendations for changes to policies when necessary.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring process.
- Perform CDL Chauffeur duties to company standards when needed.

Requirements
What we need from our next Trainer:
- Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and at least 2 years driving experience.
- Positive attitude. Staying upbeat in a busy, ever-changing environment is a must.
- Leadership skills. The leadership and experience to build teams, coach and counsel and drive for excellence.

- The ability to safely drive all the vehicles in the fleet up to and including our Motorcoaches.
- Flexible Schedule to work in the office and drive when needed.
