Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Tulsa, OK Branch Director. Position Overview:
As the Tulsa Branch Director, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including comprehensive profit and loss oversight. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient delivery of services and driving the branch's growth and success. You will guide the branch through strategic planning processes to establish financial metrics that align with corporate objectives. Furthermore, you will be financially accountable for the branch's overall performance, as well as for the recruitment and retention of associates to meet client demands. You will collaborate closely with local and executive leadership, sales, operations, and customer service teams to optimize performance, enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and achieve branch objectives. This includes working with other Directors and Senior Leaders on strategic initiatives, labor-sharing requirements, and innovations.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage branch operations, including staff, resources, and operational processes, to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead the development of branch financial plans and monitor ongoing financial performance managing budgets to achieve or surpass financial targets in alignment with company defined benchmarks.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth, enhance customer retention, and drive operational excellence utilizing advanced data analysis and AI.
- Develop and foster connections within the industry and community looking for opportunities for M&A to help drive market share.
- Cultivate and enhance the competencies and skills of self and all team members to achieve individual growth and drive collective team goals in alignment with RYAN’s best in class CX standards.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop skills, optimize efficiencies, and expand knowledge, ensuring they are equipped with the requisite tools, resources, and training.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, continual learner work culture that aligns with RYAN's values and mission, exemplified by modeling the Ideal Team Player attributes of humility, ambition, and emotional intelligence.
- Serve as the primary liaison for senior leadership, furnishing regular updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations, including close collaboration with the Safety team to address facility and equipment requirements and ensure full legal and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Five years of management experience with direct P&L oversight.
- A proven leader with a thorough understanding of management practices, translating to strong associate retention and performance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management with the proven ability to drive accountability to defined KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Establishes clear expectations and enforces accountability for production standards, company policies, safety, and legal mandates, prioritizing the well-being of associates, customers, and the public.
- General knowledge of all branch-offered Ryan services.
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Valid Driver License with ability to obtain DOT certification
