Our Texas offices include San Antonio, El Paso, Dallas, Houston, and Midland. Our New Mexico offices include Hobbs, Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Española.

Essential Roles
The Responsibilities of an Associate Attorney with our team include management of an active caseload, development of assigned cases, analysis of legal issues individual to each matter, demand review, draft motions, negotiations on behalf of clients, resolution of matters, and disbursement of client settlement funds.
· Excellent analytical and legal thinking
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Passion for client service and practice development
· Strong legal writing
· Verbal Communication skills
· Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice throughout employment.

Requirements
Education and Experience
· 3 years of Personal Injury experience
· JD degree
· Texas and/ or New Mexico Bar License
· Proven working experience in litigation
· Previous experience with legal programs or salesforce a plus
· Bilingual a plus
