Position Summary:
The Line Technician supports daily production operations by assisting with line activities, coordinating projects, and helping manage scheduling. This role works closely with the department supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and executing production schedules to meet operational goals.
- Support the implementation of production-related projects and process improvements.
- Monitor line performance and provide timely support to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and resource allocation.

Job Requirements – Line Technician
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor production lines and make minor adjustments to maintain continuous operation and minimize downtime.
- Assist maintenance teams with preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Demonstrate flexibility in job duties and working hours to support production needs.
- Contribute to departmental quality and efficiency improvements through proactive problem-solving.
- Support and participate in improvement and repair projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and promote 5S workplace organization principles to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

- Proven experience and performance history within YUSA.
- Demonstrated interest in career advancement and professional growth.
- No active disciplinary actions on record.
- Attendance record with 6 points or fewer.
- Consistent production performance at or above established standards.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
