As the Creative Producer at Willow Creek’s South Barrington campus you will be responsible for bringing weekend services to life through creative collaboration and high-level execution using clear communication and excellent relational and emotional intelligence. In addition you will contribute within the Central Arts & Worship Team’s Big Idea creative process by providing insight, feedback, and support during content ideation. You will also act as the point person for midweek rehearsal and weekend run-throughs, ensuring all teams are aligned and the service is executed with excellence.

   

The salary range for this position is around $62,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and skill set. Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a campus-based creative voice who helps translate Central’s ideas into effective, engaging experiences at South Barrington.
  • In collaboration with the A&W Central Team and the SBR Weekend team, own the planning, preparation, and execution of South Barrington weekend services including clear communication to volunteers and campus staff.
  • In cooperation with SB Worship Pastor, translate and manage Central-provided service flows that seamlessly integrate teaching, musical worship, media, and live elements.
  • Serve as the point person during live services, owning the flow of the room and solving issues in real time to preserve the impact of the service for both the broadcast and the non-broadcast campuses.
  • Build strong relationships with Worship Leaders, Production staff, Teaching Pastors, and Central creatives to foster collaboration, clarity, and trust.
  • Coach and develop volunteer teams involved in programming and storytelling.

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience

Skills/Competencies:

  • Proven ability to collaborate in a centralized creative process while owning localized execution with excellence.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Planning Center, production tools, and live service environments preferred.
  • Calm and clear-headed under pressure; thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • High level of emotional and relational intelligence

  • Currently or willing to regularly attend a Willow Creek Community Church location and be an active part of our church family

   

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience leading a team in arts production
  • Prior experience leading and managing creative people well
  • College degree or significant years of experience
  • 5+ years ministry experience in worship arts and production
  • Experience managing or collaborating the creative process within a multi-site ministry context.
  • Prior experience working in a large multi-site church is a plus
