The Sales Supervisor leads and develops the Inside Sales team to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for supervising daily sales operations, mentoring team members, and implementing strategies that support individual and team success. The Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in aligning sales activities with broader company goals.

Reports To: Sales Manager


  • Supervise and coach Inside Sales Representatives to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Deliver onboarding, product, and sales process training for new hires.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching and professional development for the sales team.
  • Analyze and improve sales processes and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure commercial alignment and service consistency.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and support organizational goals.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Scope of Responsibility:

This is a supervisory role that directly influences sales performance and revenue generation. Responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds set sales targets and customer experience goals.

  • Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. Has approval-level input regarding hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, performance management, as well as assessing the needs of the department and/or functional area. Supervises a team of:
    • Inside Sales Representatives (~2-5)
